ReidBar™ Spherical Washers are engineered to provide reliable load transfer in soil nailing, rock anchoring, and structural bracing applications where ReidBar™ may not exit the concrete or ground surface perpendicular to the bearing face. Their self-aligning spherical geometry accommodates up to 20° of inclination, maintaining full nut seating and structural engagement even under uneven or angled loading conditions.
Used in conjunction with ReidBar™ Domed Base Plates, the spherical washer creates a flexible load path suitable for difficult ground conditions, helping prevent overload, localised plate bending, and thread damage. Manufactured in hot-dip galvanised steel, they offer long-term durability and are compatible with multiple ReidBar™ sizes including RB16, RB20, RB25 and RB32.
