ReidBar™ Domed Base Plates are designed to provide structural bearing for ReidBar™ soil and rock anchors, especially where the bar exits the ground or concrete at an angle. Their domed geometry works with ReidBar™ Spherical Washers to allow up to 20° of angular variation while maintaining full bearing and clamping pressure from the nut.
Manufactured from galvanised steel for long-term durability, the plates distribute anchor forces into the concrete or ground face and protect against puncture, plate buckling, and localised failure. They are available in multiple sizes to suit RB16–RB32 anchoring systems and are widely used for soil nails, tiebacks, stabilisation anchors, and formwork bracing.
