    Applied to non-overlaid plywood, oriented strand board and dimensional lumber, CLEAR PRE-FORM penetrates the hard and soft grain areas and chemically reacts with cellulose to form a high-strength bond that seals out destructive alkaline mix water and seals in damaging wood sugars.

    FEATURES & BENEFITS
    • Minimizes rough, porous, excessively dusty concrete surfaces caused by the dissolution of alkaline soluble wood sugars present in plywood, particle board, waferboard, oriented strand panels and smooth and rough sawn dimensional lumber.
    • Ready to use; requires no dilution.
    • Rapid cure, tack free in 15 minutes at 70º F (20º C), facilitates outside open air application and application directly to prefabricated formwork. The sealed side of panels is readily apparent to erection crews assuring proper installation and/or separation from unsealed panels.
    • Treatment of one side of the panel permits use of economical AC or BC exterior plywood and results in a surface that will typically out last panel edges.
    • Successive application(s) of CLEAR PRE-FORM will result in surface coating accumulations that typically mask all grain texture.
